Conscious Connected Breathwork

What is it?
Conscious connected breathwork is a style of breathwork that is circular, meaning that there is no pause at the top or bottom of the breath. The effort is on the inhale and there is a full release on the exhale. In a 45 minute breathwork session, you are accompanied on a musical journey that builds in tempo up to a peak, and then led through transition to stillness as the tempo decreases.

There is a focus on surrendered attention, which is deep presence and following where the breath meets the body in order to stay connected to the body and the processes happening within. We are not "leaving the body" during this process. Healing happens when we allow ourselves the gift of presence and surrender. 
The only way through is through.

My role is not to solve, heal or fix, but to witness you in your process, and to hold you in sacred space.

Breathwork is inclusive and there are many ways to adjust the breath to allow participation. 

Online vs. In-Person
I am currently offering online and in-person sessions (1:1 and group) for my practicum that run approximately 90-120 minutes in length. You will be guided with music and words throughout both, but there is hands-on support/touch when we meet in person. During an in-person session, I may use essential oils, fans, chimes and other tools to help facilitate the session. I am located in the Comox Valley.
​Payment for a practicum session is filling out a feedback form that you will receive after the session.​

My practicum is being witnessed by Keli Carpenter of The Other Side of Average https://theothersideofaverage.com. I have completed Levels 1, 2 and 3 of the More Than a Breathwork Training and continue to support her in-person group breathwork sessions on a monthly basis in Comox, BC.
