Picture
“Oh my Ancestors calling to me
from the Forest deep and dark and green
To stand upon the Bones of the Earth
To stand beneath the Song of the Stars
That I may run with the fleet of foot
That I may rise with the flight of wings
That I may swim with silvering fin
That I can sing with the wind in the boughs
Oh my Ancestors come and sing your songs to me
Oh my Ancestors come and sing your songs to me
Oh my Ancestors come and hear my song."

I feel like I have been a spiritual explorer since I was little, meandering my way through life to find a connection that truly fits. As a cis-gendered white woman of European descent who lives on the unceded lands of the Coast Salish peoples, including the territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lō and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations in the Pacific Northwest, there has been a delicate unpicking of wounds and trauma in a search to reconnect and reweave lineage connections and traditions in my own heritage, which is Scandinavian, Irish, British, German and Finnish, while breaking down pre-accepted colonial constructs and challenging myself to expand my perceptions of truth and justice.

I entered into study with Nikiah Seeds of the Red Moon Mystery School over a decade ago, delving into women's mysteries and working to heal my woundings and face my shadows, continuing to find my way back to my wholeness and to the Forest. My studies deepened and I began and completed a four year apprenticeship and initiation as a spirit worker, which was a very deep plunge into traditional spirit healing and ancestral animist traditions through the lineage of Spirit Healers and Mystics, taught and held in community by Nikiah Seeds. This time included thousands of in person hours, hands on experience, ritual and ceremony. My apprenticeship also included an exploration of my ancestral lines, and served to heal the trauma of those who came before me in order to benefit those who come after. I feel so blessed to continue to be held by a healthy and connective community which serves itself greatly in its accountability, resourcing and grounding.

With my journey still unfolding, I step onto this path of service to the community through my connection to Spirit and through spirit healing work with others. I am currently accepting clients for healing work, both in person and remotely.
