Hawthorn is strong heart medicine, used to strengthen and protect the heart, while Tulsi (Holy Basil)'s adaptogenic properties help the body to better cope with stress. This unique blend seeks to nourish both the emotional and physical qualities of the heart.
Ingredients:
*Hawthorn leaves & flowers, *Rama Tulsi (Holy Basil), *Rose buds, Rose quartz energy

50g loose tea
Pour freshly boiled water over 1 tsp of tea in your favorite infuser. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes, add a kiss of honey if desired. Breathe, relax and know that you are loved.
